My family responded to one of her ads on craigslist. We met her at what we thought was an attorneys office. After speaking with this women (who called herself Jill K Craft) it became obvious to us that she was not an attorney. My husband asked her if she was a real attorney to which she responded, "Yes, I am a full partner at this firm". We walked out of her office and were shocked by what this women attempted to pull... She was obviously NOT an attorney by the way that she spoke and carried herself..in fact her grammer was almost as bad as her breath. She attempted to get us to place a "retainer" to which my husband and I began laughing. She called us several times and even became kind of threatening when we stated that we would prefer to deal with an actual attorney. We ended up finding an excellent attorney in Denver who helped us file our BK. It was at that time that we also found out that Ms. Craft. Drevescraft. Whatever her name is... Is known for this by most of the attorneys in the state..in fact they laugh at her.
