No-Interest-for-1-Year Card Offer Charged 16% Interest

I bought a flight at Expedia.com in June with a credit card "no interest for 1 year" offer from a Citibank ad that appeared on Expedia.com at the time of purchase. Subsequent statements charged 16% on the purchase. Customer service ignored our inquiry and was dismissive of our issue. We closed the account and paid it off. Beware of false advertising by Citibank.
