False Advertising

I bought a flight at Expedia.com with a Credit Card 'no interest for 1 year offer' by A Citibank ad that appeared on Expedia.com at the time of purchase in June. Subsequent statements charged 16% on the purchase. Customer no service ignored our inquiry and were dismissive of our issue. We closed the account and paid it off. Beware of false advertising by citibank, sd.
