I obtained a box from BAC to get a change on my present mortgage in March. I complied with the documention and info required and delivered via fed ex to BAC. After many months of continuous follow up calls and being recommended that my paperwork was in position which the document had been examined, on Jan. 5 2011 I had been informed via Fed Ex that my change was refused because of lost files. Is someone joking me!!! I named and again got the run-around. Our mortgage repayments went from $1487 per month to $1883 per month because of an escrow account being put up. Therefore today what??? I actually do genuinely believe that these folks want to get using the plan!!! I've been spending right into a plan I'venot actually been authorized for however!!! Who's concept was that???
