Internet advertising does not conform to California law, mattress set 1-1/2" too narrow, non-resposive to pictures I sent

Purchased "Madison" mattress set, low foundation. Bed is 1-1/2 inches narrower than advertised, provides no back support (turns into a hammock and developed a bulge on the side I tried to sleep on). After trying to sleep for one and a half nights, and two hours sleep, I abandoned the bed and have been trying to get a credible response from Bragada for 6 months. I filed a complaint with BBB, but have not had a response from them so far.

Bragada advertises that their foundations are innerspring; my low foundation is NOT innerspring. Customer Service Rep (Karen Sheey) insisted on pictures to prove the bed is narrower than advertised; saying (in email) that she would forward them to their warranty department. Company (Karen) has not responded to the packet of pictures I sent in March or to my two follow-up emails to her.

I also provided pictures proving that the covering on the foundation is badly sewn and wrinkled. Poor workmanship overall.

Has anyone on usacomplaints.com ever taken this company to Small Claims Court? My legal advisor recommends this approach.

I don't know whether to waste any more time and money on this unethical company by filing a Small Claims lawsuit... Or take the loss as a "lesson learned."
