I caught with Combined Financial Programs, Inc. (UFS) in- May in a debt management plan. UFS was subtracting $265 monthly from my bank account to be able to payment funds to my lenders. For a few months this year (July, September, and Oct) my lenders didn't obtain funds from UFS. I've been looking to get a reimbursement of $795 since then. I keep receiving guarantees of the reimbursement that never appears to appear. So what can I actually do?
