Just fit clothing store steals thousands from each of their customer's tax refund

The owner of this particular Express Tax whose name is Omar, is a slimy crook. He steals thousands fromhis customer's income tax refunds by misrepresenting his Last year, Iwas a victimof this very unsophisticated scam. Doing my taxes, the amount hepresented to me asmy tax return was $1200 less than the figure theIRS gave me when I called to check the status of my refund. The IRS themselves were appalled at the fee amount that he submitted to them to do my taxes, when the amount on my paperwork was only $250. He cheated me out of $1200. When I questioned him about the inconsistency, he refused to explain. And actually refused to communicate with me at all from there.

Unsurprisingly, he did this to a lot of his customers -perhaps all of them. From taking numerous trips to his office, other people were there complaining about inconsistencies as well. I did inform the corporate Express Tax Service office and sent proof, but apparently they allowed him to still operate under theirfranchisethis year. Therefore, my next stop will be theAttorney Generals office. If they allow this kind of fraud, the whole ExpressTaxService should be investigated.

Meanwhile, stay away from this thief and his fradulent tax operation, located in the back of a clothing/shoe store. And if you too were a victim, do not hesitiate to file a report with the IRS as well as with the Attorney Generals officeimmediately. I will not stop until a class action lawsuit is filed against thissnake andthe entire ExpressTaxService since they had full and complete knowledge of his criminal activities and still allowed him to operate.
