T-Mobile & Store Manager Thad Riley ripoff company can't get a refund that is due me store manager is never in

Returned equipment in the store after having it three days. The telephones had extremely poor reception. Their service was terrible. I have been waiting for a corporate refund check since July 9th in the amount of $104.21. The merchandise was returned in the original boxes and packages in perfect shape. I had written a check for the merchandise, so they had to send the paper work to the home office and have my refund sent in the form of a corporate check. Today is the 1st day of November and I still haven't gotten the check. I have called the store manager and he won't return my phone calls.

I have been to the store on numerous occassions and he is never there. I have called Customer Service on a regular basis and they tell me that the store manager has never submitted the paperwork to them. When I have finally gotten the Store Manager to answer his cell phone, he always gives me some story. He has lied and told me different dates that he supposedly sent in the paperwork. The last date he gave me was September 1. That happens to be the day my husband went back to the store and took our original paperwork and tried to get an answer. He did not accomplish anything either.

I understand that some other customers have been waiting longer than we have for their refunds on merchandise. Everyone you talk to gives you a different answer, but they never tell you the truth. I have called the store manager twice today and left messages, but he has never called me back. We just want the money that is owed us. I have never dealt with anything like this before and I am very upset!
