Tax prerarer screwed up - we signed one form, another was submitted Instead of 3300 we received 1200

Wilma Tucker prepared taxes for me and my husband. She made us sign one paper, where the total amount of return was $3300.00 (federal state), which sounded right, as that's what we usually got the previous years.

Apparently she miscalculated, so she fixed her mistake after we left without telling us anything. The amount of refund we have received was 1200.00, that is when I started contacting her back and questioning. She was screaming and yelling at me and hung up. I am currently looking for a lawyer to sue their company for a remaining amount of money, as she did not bother to tell us she made a mistake and submitted paperwork anyways.
