Amerifund Financial advertised on craigslist for highly experienced loan officers. Vance Luedke, owner and professional scammer with no license, emailed me at about midnight, should have been a tip off. I didn't have a job, so I was excited to interview. He has a nice office in Laguna Beach, telemarketers, leads, sounded like a good place to work, wrong. He demanded about 10 hours a day, no base pay, yelled at his processors, loan officers, telemarketers, bi-polar freak! He would say I love you right after he called me b*ch and he would take the whole pipeline if he wanted to, his pipeline he claimed and he would pay me whatever he wanted to pay me. He had me by the balls and did exactly what I feared he would do. I worked there for over three months, built up the biggest pipeline he had, and then he fired me and 3 others and said to work from home and he would pay me when they funded. I did. First commission due he told me on the day that I was supposed to get paid that he thought I was stealing from him and that he would preform his own investigation, I said that I had never stolen one thing from him. I actually had 3 referral loans that I brought in that he ended up stealing from me. He never called me back and then sent an email that he would have me s*t blood for a year with his so called big time attorneys and to cease contact from his borrowers. No im in process with the labor board and department of real estate. He makes good faith estimates from point that are phony, sends them out after the first call, and then the lender sends the real deal about 3 weeks later. He does not care about anyone except himself and his two crony dummies that are his slaves.
