Scam artist, mortgage loan

Chris Arco, California Depat of Real Estate license # 01366309, California drivers license # A4419834, date of birth 1-3-1973 working with 1st Nationwide Mortgage Califonia Dept of Real Estate license # 01517084, Broker of record Janeese Marie Aguirre California Dept of Real Estate license # 01215516 defrauded me and three other loan officers of our commissions.
We were hired by Chris Arco as virtual loan officers and Chris somehow put these loans through various other companies because 1st Nationwide Mortgage did not have the correct licenses for those states. The loans funded and Chris refused to pay us with a laundry list of excuses month after month after month. When we contacted some of the companies that Chris was covertly working for Chris was fired from their empolyment, but we still did not get paid.
If you are a loan officer or a borrower do not trust these two people. Chris Arco and Janeese Aguirre will defraud you.

I understand your frustrating we are frustrated too. From my understanding you have been in contact with Janeese and she has kept you up to date with the QC issues. 1st it was the Lender then Escrow. We are doing everything we can to get this file cleared to pay. No one here has gotten paid either. It is not our intention to hold pay from you our anyone, including ourselves.

It is not your place to contact any of our providers. You are not the person with the relationship nor will any of our providers discuss any situations with you. If you still do intend try to contact xxxx or any provider associated with 1st Nationwide you will be terminated and you will forfeit your commission.
