I received a letter in the mail, letter head, FORECLOSURE STIMULUS UPDATE for Mississippi Homeowners. It stated they could lower my monthly mortgage interestto 2%. The letter looked ligit. A representative told me it would take up to 45 days. This was in November. I tried to contact someone, no one would reply to my emails, no one would answer the phone. I paid them about $590.00. Now I am behind on my mortgage and out of money. I dont know what to do. I hope there is someone out there to help me get my money back.
