Citywide Mortgage Corporation They offer hope and rip you off!

When we contact USMAC Law Group in early June, we were not behind on our mortgage! We were, however, have a difficult time making the payment. We contacted them after seeing an informercial promising relief and hope.
Until they received their $2,995, we were in constant contact with them. They would call with questions, we would call for a status update and actually get answers. Then, after their fees were paid, we discovered that their attorneys are "extremely busy." No returned calls, no answered emails, nothing.in fact, I believe they have caller id because now it is extremely hard to even get an operator to answer, I was even refered to by name once before even giving it!
Last time I actually got in touch with someone, I was told that they were still waiting for a response from my mortgage company. I got their response yesterday, in the form of a letter from a foreclosure attorney hired by my mortgage company.
The BBB lists USMAC's real estate license number and also their Department of Corporations license number. I am filing complaints with both of them and also the CA Attorney General. I will continue to fight even if I receive a refund. They are offering hope and giving nothing but an empty, homeless wallet.
