Law Offices of Brian J. Colombana, APC We paid $2495.00 up front for them to handle a loan modification with B of A for us

We paid our money up front after Raymond Fuller, Mortgage Relief Law Center, convinced us that they would be far better at working with the bank on our modification. We had to borrow the money just to pay them. Then we sent all our information, copies of everything from loan papers to weekly pay stubs. They contacted us and said that our B of A had everything and that now it was just a matter of them getting to ours to do the modification. They also told us not to talk to B of A should they contact us, that all communications would go through the law firm. We said okay. B of A sent us a letter stating that they had received the notice from The Law office of Brian J. Colombana and that they would work with them. End of story, until, April 12. B of A contacted us and said they hadn't talked to the law firm since November and that we have 2 days to decide what we want to do with our house. I couldn't believe this was happening. I have called, different business name now, left voice mail, no one ever answers, sent emails, no replies and no returned phone calls. Today I went online to the website I was given from Lori White, the last person to call from there, and nothing found. So I looked up Mortgage Relief Law Center and here I am.
