I settled restoration for my kids Xbox membership due Nov. 22nd with having a prepaid credit card purchased in a shop. Xbox required that cost and extended to try and cost my charge card (which have been sealed). They approved the prepaid credit card but nonetheless switched off the support thirty days later. While my boy named to ask exactly what the issue was, they stated you've to truly have a card on document. Therefore we supplied a brand new charge card plus they charged the charge card instantly to get a decades membership. Our boy named instantly to protest and was informed he had thirty days to request a reimbursement (for that prepaid credit card)... Because the prepaid credit card was feedback Nov. 23rd... Also it was now Dec. 23rd. It had been too late. Their one month grace period where they didn't disrupt support was likewise the timeframe that they permitted any reimbursement. Convienent. They further stated that the prepaid card payment was "piled" that's to express one more 12mo... Though it was posted plus they used that cost. I'm mad... Any reasonable individual might believe this is cost which support continuing established it. This multi-billion dollar organization declined to return possibly the prepaid credit card or even the bank card cost.
