AMERICA ripoff

Had a SUNTRUST VISA @ 11.9%, they sold account to MBNA. I closed account in June. Fees kept being added. Was told I could get a fixed rate of 10% for 2 years & account would be paid in full. I now find out I owe 4500.00 and fees are being added daily for over the limit & being late & insurance. Had a call from them & the lady I talked to laughed because I lost my job, my home, & didn't have enough money to file bankruptcy. My mom paid my bills for last month from her disability check. They really take the cake & treat people unhumanely. Wish some of them would find theirselves in a financial hardship. Hopefully someone will put a stop to their tactics.
