I have asked repeatedly for phone calls to stop at work and they continue. I have also asked repeatedly via faxes to refinance the loan amount that I'm behind ($1500). I have received no communication from them. I have explained that I have suffered a financial setback (like so many other Americans) due to taking a lower paying job three years ago and have tried to keep my head above the water but they do not care. I have a judgment against me by them. When they leave voice mails they are rude, hateful. When you speak with them on the phone they are rude, hateful. They talk demeaning. If I knew now what I needed to know back when I took the loan out, I would have never done business with them.
