We had checked out home safe america mod company. All looked ok except for a few dislikes. Now we read nothing but dislikes of this lying company and deceiving company. About two months into our mod with HSA I started to see nothing was being done that we have already have done. I started questioning agent and then the double talk started. After I received a letter from my Mort. Servicer. Select portfolio services (another of the bottom feeders of the mortgage world. They bought our mortgage. I wrote the owner (Guy Samuel) of HSA a REFUND letter and from then on I have not received any contact. They owe us $1800.
