Mortgage holders in Arkansas: beware of Wilson & Associates. These guys are the premier foreclosers in the State. If you are having trouble making your mortgage payments and go into default, your SERVICER will more than likely contact these clowns to begin foreclosure procedures.

History: One of the managing partners back in 1987 wrote the existing non-judicial foreclosure law that is currently being used in the state. These guys have a regular foreclosure mill going. They are making money hand over fist and they are taking people's homes from them UNLAWFULLY.

If your mort. Company is a SERVICER, they have no equity interest in your property. The OWNER of the note is the only one who can do that. Check with the Securities and Exchange commission office in Little Rock to see "how" your mort. Company is licensed or IF they are licensed to do business in the state.

These guys will break the law and do whatever they can to take your home away from you. DON'T let them do it. Study the law for yourself and do whatever you can to defend yourself.
