Ripoff late fees

Cananwill is a finance company for insurance policys. I sent in two payments with no problem. The third payment was sent from the post office on November 21st 2003 for a November 25th due date. This company is in a suburb of Chicago where I live, they did not post my payment till December 4. They claim the mail was slow because of the holiday??? So in essence they are saying 13 days to post a payment. I believe it is their way to make more money.
