False information from CSR to make customer to make payment twice

I've recently named Customer Support and obtained a fake data the cost of 504.27 hadn't been created. Nevertheless, Citicard currently required the cash from my banking account (from declaration). I've to finish up-to spend additional 484.27 since he explained Citibank just got $20 from my car cost! Today they're not able to stop the deal.
