Excessive charges and no answers

In Goal of the year, I'd a $59 cost because of CitiCard. I settled it-one day late. I had been incurred excessive costs after which owed $250. I visited their site and questioned why and was informed that following the cost was overdue you're billed one more 1/48 of one's stability. Our stability was only a little less than $ and so I advised them of this. They explained that there have been additional additional costs. I attempted to discover the things they were plus they explained these were within the user agreement. I stated, "Where would be the costs that pertain to these costs within the individual agreement?" they mightnot and would not answer. I'venot settled it since Drive and have switched the card to a debt negotiation company, therefore CitiCard switched your debt to a law office who's challenging I spend $3,062. Criminals!
