Lost payment Check

Made November Mtg. Payment with two checks one for 600.00 & one for 621.42. On 11-18 reciver Bk. Of Am checking statement & mtg. Check for 621.42 was not cashed. Telephoned CitBk. And was advised that they only recived one check for 600.00. Advised that I had sent t wo checks one was lost. Bank advised that I should give a new check over the phone to replace one that was lost. Did so. Then on 11-21-10 recived delinquent notice. Called Bank again and was advised that the 600.00 check was applied to the principal and the 621.42 check was just sitting there. Jasyon the person at the Bank andised he would get thing straited out. But an fearful of the outcome. Look like the want to charge me $61.00 for thair mastake. Mtg. Acc.# is 0214303178-5
