I appear to be yet another victim of an upfront fee scam artist named Will Turner, owner of International Settlements. This guy did absolutely NOTHING on my file after collecting a LARGE upfront fee. Made excuse after excuse promising to refund my fee and after MONTHS of being strung along and promised my fee would be returned, he put me in contact with a lender that can't fund my deal. Will Turner claims to be a lender and even issues LOI's and Commitment Letters. He does not fund and is nothing but a broker that collects large upfront fees. This guy is a total FRAUD! Stay away. Run away!
