Fake lender, William durant, Williiam Durrand, both cant do what they say. Ripoff

This so called lender claimes to be able to fund or capitalize development projects whith his connections. Both are completly false. He asks for upfront money to be used for so called due diligence which he apparently uses to go on vacations with. Sometime latter he contacted me with a proposal so far below what was actually needed to fund the deal I could not accept and he kept the upfront money that was paid to him. This lender is a scam and a fraud dont be fooled.
