Teller treating customer like dirt

My wife and I wanted to withdraw $30,000 from our money market account today. The teller (not Christina) told us the Bank did not have that much cash. Then she asked Christina what to do. Christina came over and said "You have to apply beforehand and it will be available next week". We thought that was ridiculous for a large bank like citiBank that there would be a one week waiting time to withdraw $30,000 in cash.

Finally, the assistant manager came over to make a casher's check for us.
