I have been dealing with these idiots since Jan and they still have no clue. I have been transferred, my account was taken over by more than 7 people and every time i have called they are on vacation. Seems everyone at PHH when you call them are on Vacation. I thought i might have made a breakthrough in Jan and talked to someone named David Morreson x78047 and he explained that they messed up and would send a rebutle to the credit report and all this will be over in a month, because since i have been dealing with them my credit score went from 701 to 302. I have been making payments to them for what the modification contract says and still my minimum payment is $17,045 and late fees of $845. I have recorded from Jan to the present the time i spent on the phone, and have all the records to prove this. I have signed documentation and notarized contracts of my modification and there sign offs and still they have NO CLUE!!! I faxed it over to them, and seems it got lost???

Than i am told my file has been transferred to MaryBeth Schiebts x88409 (thought i had seen it all) and she now is incharge of my file. So after 2 weeks of leaving messages i finally get to talk to her and guess what, she is going on vaction next week and will call me when she gets back. Well its October and i have not heard from anyone over there. I truly believe in karma and my GOD i hope they get what they dish out everyone.

Call again and now MaryBeth is not talking to me i am going through Danny Snipes x31735, the best is his extenstion he gave me just keeps ringing so you can not leave a voice mail. Finally get a hold of him and i am right back where i started from with David Morreson. He promises me they sent the rebutle since i have been paying the approved loan amount on time, AND NOTHING!

I was a United State Marine for 10 years and i would rather go back to IRAK than deal with anyone at PHH. That should tell you something about this worthless company!
