NCO Financial Systems NCO FIN/09 IS A RIPOFF

So, I got an alert in my email about a change in my credit report. I don't know who these people are, but it's on my credit report: NCO FIN/09 w / a balance of $9,224.00. I have not opened up any credits or credit cards so I have no idea what this is regarding. I will call the credit bureau to notify them asap, but wanted to post this up since I saw others very similar.
