NCO Financial Systems
Asking for more than I owe

I recently was contacted by NCO Financial Systems stating my account had been turned over to them. I owe $3,000 and now they want $7,313 for settlement.

They have tried to contact me at 6:00 am in the morning which is against regualations and have also put a credit judgment on my credit report.

I plan to inform them of the Fair Act of Creditors and will be dealing with letters as evidence.
