Account Went Bad After Unauthorized Drafts, Report Renewed

The bank renews your ChexSystems report so it appears you just had an account go bad. Bad accounts fall off of ChexSystems every 5 years, but the bank puts it back on there as if it just happened. Meaning, you never have a second chance.

Also, the reason my account went bad to start with is that they allowed 3 electronic drafts that were not authorized. I did not find this out until the time frame for dispute had passed.
