This company has fell off the map. We researched this company and it had good BBB ratings. They took $3k and said if nothing happened with the loan mod, they would refund $2500. Things went well until about mid June, they fell off the map. They do not answer the phones and I think we were screwed. I am in the process of filing a lawsuit against these crooks. I really don't know how these people sleep at night.
