I was totally, lied to, and ripped off by the Mcadden. I was taken advantage of

My husband was laid off November. I found the Mcadden Group through the workforce commision, while filing for unemployment. There was an advertisement to lower your mortgage payment. I contacted them, gave them two thousand five hundred dollars. They suggested that we not make our mortgage payment, because that is what most of thier clients do. Well, good thing I only did it once. It is now going on June 22. I have called and emailed numerous times. I have been given the runaround. I have already received several letters and calls from my morgage company stating I was denied the modification. One of the denial letters plainly states they did not receive documents in a timely matter.in March I requested my money back due to the denials and phone conversations with my mortgage company. My mortgage contacted me requesting documents that I emailed to the Mcadden Group. They were supposedly paid to do this footwork. They said that my request has been under review. Our savings account is dwindling and we need the money back, now.
