Loan Modification group is a total scam - these "Financial Advisors" used to sell Auto warrantees!

This company is a total SCAM! They took my money up front ($2500.00) and told me that the bank wouldn't foreclose on my house while they were preparing my case. That was WRONG! While these so called professionals worked my case i was still constantly receiving harassment from my lender.

It took them 3 months to tell me that they could get me a 50.00 reduction in my mortgage payment! They told me it would be a minimum payment reduction of 30% worst case and could be as high as 45%! What a load! I did some research and these guys are total scam artists. They've only been in business 9 months and they come from the auto warranty field! The company they used to work for is now out of business because it too was a scam company! They refused to refund my money!

Do not give these guys your money or you will never see it again and you will get nowhere! You can do a loan modification on your own! I did so immediately after these guys ripped me off and I got a reduction of 25% directly form my lender and it didn't cost me a cent!
