Yes, whoever said let's file a class action suit&Let's do it!!!
Same story refinance started in October-no news, wait wait, send one piddly piece of repeat info wait call wait. Now asking for stuff again that was given initially. Meanwhile I planned for the refi, am trying to do financial aid process for my daughter and it is really making things difficult. While in the process of starting this class action suit-I am looking for another mortgage. I also intend to tell every person I know and post to every website I can find - Bank of America mortgage is totally irresponsible. More to come&Read this BOA.
