Disservice - mortgage refinance

I started a refinance of my home with B of A in March. What a mistake.By July, I was so frustrated and upset with the delays, the shuffling of my loan from one person to another. I sent papers in as requested, then the next person requested them again. If I didn't "rattle" the cage, I probably would have never had any response. $435.00 later, Finally had enough of the very poor and unprofessional attitude of Bank of America. I will advise any and everyone... Don't do mortgage business with Bank of America!!!
