When i would make a payment they would take money out they said i owed and put it in another ficticious charge and then say i owed a payment

When i would send a payment in they would say i owed another charge for who knows what and they would take charges out of my payment and put on a charge made up charges i owed. They charged me $100 for a drive by picture of my house and when i ask where they drove by or send me proof they took a picture and they said they could not do that. They then, after taking out charges i did not owe, they would say i did not make a full payment and put the remainder of the payment in escrow that i could not pull out. They then would charge me another payment and a late charge. They were so rude to me every time i tried to tell them what they did. They also charged me with force insurance when i had proof of insurance. They owe me lots of money!!!
