Fairbanks Capital customer service is lousy charge you for everything harrass you for money ripoff

This company is shamefull. We have had nothing but problems with them. At this time we are trying to refinance and get away from them. My mortgage company called for a payment report because they were stating that we had many months of over 30 day payments. We do not. They sent my mortgage company a 11 page report that you cannot read or figure out anything on it. They then called to get a letter stateing the payment dates and they said no, the report was good enough.

They charge you for everything. We were charged a fee to have someone drive to my house to tell me that I was late on my payment. This was not even a week after the 1st. They charge me to send letters to my home telling me to make a payment.

I called to get something and they said that they could not give me any information because I was not on the mortgage. My husband had sent in a letter to let them talk to me a long time ago. They said that they did not have it. I asked why it was ok for them to talk to me inregards to making a payment of about sending a payment in. They said that was different and ok.

Bull#! *^!!!

I cannot get away fast enough!!!
