BAC insurance claims is totally out of control, no one there knows what the heck they are doing, call 5 times and you will get 5 different answers. And people are so rude, they act like you are trying to get their own personal money. I know it is a racket, they keep losing paper work. Everything takes from 7 -10 days before they will even Knowledge they have no record of paper work, when you fax something, you have to wait 3 days to see if they received the fax. Then you have to wait an addditional 7-10 days for the bank to assign you a vendor number. And If if no number has been assigned within those 10 days, you have to wait an additional 10 days for them to resubmit. Then once vendor is set up, it is turned over to payment which takes 7-10 days for them to ok for a check to be mailed. Once check it ok's to be mailed. Check will not print for 2-3 days. All along they are making intestest off our money! I do have escalations phone number, it might help. 800 669 2443 ext 2447
