Sst car loan

First id like to say that sst is a class act... If you call to make a payment they will take it and if you ask if your loan is ok or if you are current they will lie to you and say what ever you want to hear so they dont have to deal with you long on the phone. This is the start of the problems when you deal with this sorry outfit. My previous lender sold my loan to these crooks and it has been downhill ever since. I made my payment in may for the full amount and asked if my loan was current and was told it was in good standing then BAM!!! There goes my van up the road on the back of a wrecker. No warning no letter of being in default no letter of saying your behind on the loan... So i called them up to see why this had happend and was told my loan was in the repo dept. And they were closed and would reopen at 8am. So at 8am i called and was on hold for 90min. Then finally a rep. On the phone had to go through the regular mombo jumbo and i asked why my van was repoed the answer was you are behind 2 1/2 payments. No i argued i am not but then the real shock was you were late and we been applying the payments to late fees so technically you are behind. I asked why i hadnt recived a letter about this. No answer or explanation just was told by the rep. That i dont work in that dept. So for two payments behind i lost my van. So to make a long story short i paid the two and a half payments and also had to make two more payments plus late fees and a repo fee then had to pay the repo.Co. Storage fees and a redemption fee so for being 58 days late acoording to them it has cost me 2,976.00 dollars to get my van back. Rest asured i am in contact with a lawyer for them violateing state repo laws and will be in contact with every bussiness bureu i can get in touch with... Dont let this happen to you. If you are in the beckley west virginia area and are behind be on the lookout for grace towing and recovery truck its white with the name on the side of the doors. They work for renovo a repo co. And get your contract out and see the conditions of default to see if they are with in the limits of you state... And get refinanced with someone else. I didnt realize i was behind and thought the payment was being made by my wife and she thought i was making them this is the only payment that we have that is not automatically deducted each month if they had only corisponded with us this would have been resolved with out the repo. All i ask is for them to be more customer based and not all nonpayments are intentinal just a plain everyday oversight by honest people...
