Pocketing fees from escrow, late fees and Forced placed insurance, refused to give and escrow analysis will not respond to a qualified written request

Bank of America has overcharged me 252.99 in escrow. I sent them a copy of this years taxes and requested and escrow analysis. That was denied. Charging me 311 dollars in lender forced placed insurance. HOA sent them a copy of my insurance policy They refused to correct the problem. I have a 10 day grace period. Sent payment off within 4 days they charged me 61.34 in late fees. Sent them a money order for the month of March and they charged me a 25.00 dollar return fee. That is alot of money unaccounted for. When I do recieve correspondance from Bank of America their is no signature. Never a signature. So no accountability, no contact person, no nothing. I have sent three certified letters requesting an escrow analysis and qualified wriitten request. They owe me money Bank of America needs to be shut down they are engaging in fraudlent activity
