Ripoff raised my payment by $600.00 a month, and only putting into escrow. 02 cents a month something has to be done with this company

Asked emc repeatedly for years to do an escrow analysis and at there convienance did one and then raised my payment by $600.00 a month, and only putting into escrow. 02 cents a month something has to be done with this company

Emc bought my mortgage from liberty lending a few years ago and i have had nothing but problems with them. My ex-husband claimed bankruptcy and they forced an escrow on this account, thats fine but they never did an escrow analysis to increase my payment so that money would go into the account every month to build it up. I noticed that the escrow account was in the negative about 1000.00 and asked them to do the analysis on the account, well needless to say i got nowhere fast. For all the years that they have had my loan i have asked for an analysis and it was never done. Now that my escrow is in the negative 5000.00 they decide to do the analysis on the account and have raised my payment from 645.31 to over 1100.00 a month. How can they get away with that. If they had done it when i first asked them to my payment would have only gone up about 100.00 this is rediculous. I never even received a notice that my payment went up. I called in my october payment and after i confirmed it she told me that that was the rest of septembersand i still owed for october, and that is when i found out about the increase. Someone has got to stop these people because now i may lose my home because i cant afford 1200.00 a month. Someone please help!!! What they are doing cannot be legal!!!
