Scam... Liars... Confused idiots!

I recieved a letter from "Residential Relief Foundation, LLC"... Letter said it was 2nd notice & that it was for a loan modification... Also stated foreclosure... I was curious as to what it was about... So i called the 800 # listed. I called & would answering maching saying that they were too busy to answer the phone... Then I finally got a hold of someone & asked them "HOW DID YOU GET MY INFORMATION & THE GENTLEMEN WHOM ANSEWRED THE PHONE STATED HE WAS NOT ABLE TO TELL ME. That he would have to transfer me to another dept... When he did that i got answering machine... So i called back again & got someone else... I asked the same? How did you get my information... I was told that they were not able to tell me specifically how they got my information... They informed me that they worked w/several banks such as bank of america, wells fargo, & i am not sure whom else... They also stated that they also get their information from public records!" i proceeded to call him a liar... He became tongue twisted & could no longer answer records... I informed him that I had already spoken to my bank...& that they had never heard of this company & that all & any information is PRIVATE!!
