Several Mythical statements made: 1) you're in foreclosure, 2) your mortgage co. Contacted us to help you, 3) your mort.Co. Won't tell you your in foreclosure, 4) we will get you a loan modification

Several mythical statements were made by this company. I was told that I quialified for a loan modification to my home motgage.
I was promised a loan modification if I hired them to work for me. This included an immediate deduction from my Visa to get started. This was done.in addition to approx. 3 more deductions from my Visa within weeks. This was done except for the last deduction.
Paperwork was sent to my address which I filled out but was unable to fax because all the fax numbers did not work. Called Residential Relief Founadtion and left messages. No phone calls were returned.
Money continued to be deducted from my Visa.
At one point, I spoke to someone in the RRF who gave yet another false fax number.
I contacted the Police. Told them about the scam.
The RRF on first contact stated: 1) I was in foreclosure and my mortgage co. Would't tell me 2) we will get your loan modified, and ect...
