They promised to save me a minimum of $1500.00 lower my interest and payments on credit cards and get me out of debt 3 times faster without affecting my credit in a negative way

This company Financial Revolutions charged my credit card in the amount of $795.00 for the services the company promised to follow through with. I was told that I would get a minimum of $1500.00 in savings, completely out of debt 3X faster with lower interest rates and payments that would in no way affect my credit in a negative way. This was in January. I went through the process and the company could not do anything they had promised me so I was due a refund in January or they would issue a credit back to my credit card in the next two or three billing cycles, which of course never happened! I called the customer service number and was told they were no longer affiliated with that company and advised me to dispute the amount with my credit card company. Which I did but my credit card company would not dispute the amount because of the time involved in the transaction. I am praying that other people have been done the same way and that a lawyer will take pity on us and help us get our money back from these dishonest people.
