This company promised to lower my interest rates on my credit cards. They charge me credit card with over $900.00

This company has charged me over $900.in a promise that they would lower my interest rate on my credit cards. They have not been able to do that. They called my credit card companies, which I can also do, and the companies would not lower my credit interest. They then tried to get me to sign an affidavit so they could get my credit report, which I denied. Because of this denial, they intimidated me over the phone that I did not cooperate and, therefore, would not credit my account for the amount they charged.

This sounds like a scam, which I am caught in the middle. I hope you can make other consumers aware of this company and put pressure on them.
