Illegal Overdraft fees

They ripped cash in the incorrect consideration on on line billpay. The Next consideration just had $2.50 inside it another consideration had $1500. They charged us (REQUIRED OUR CASH), $310 in overage costs and certainly will not return it. They ultimately gave us $70 bucks and informed us to have a backpack. These were rude and also the reason for it was as a result of this was associated with the buy-out of Northeastern Banks.

DON'T USE BB&T AS YOUR LENDER IF YOU DON'T STUDY all of the information on the facility charges etc... You'll think it is appaling and keep in mind that around it had been their mistake throughout the northeastern switch-over. We can not afford an attorney.
