Fraudulent billing practices

This company is knowingly allowing hidden and uncontracted fees to be billed to its merchants on a monthly basis. Repeated attempts to have the pricing issues corrected go unaddressed and are continually ignored by all upper management.

I suggest that anyone who has a bankcard processing agreement with them, go over past billing with a fine tooth comb. They are bound to owe you funds that they collected fraudulently.
