Fraudulent deceptive charges

This company have billed charges through ILD Teleservices, Inc and collected by Att in our monthly telephone billing. This company was never contracted for any services and the fees are unauthorized. I call ILD 1-800-433-4518 and was directed to Nations 1st 1-866-527-4960. This company claims that they were authorized over the internet by a person we have never heard of (Renee Green). I asked that whatever service they were providing be discontinued immediately and all fees collected be refunded immediately. I was given a confirmation number 5311258 (this is suspect). I am peeved that Att would allow a company like ILD to start billing charges through them without confirming an authorization.
