Scam Company! Be carerful!

I received a letter from this company stating that they had an refund being held for me in the amount of $232.50 from the county I lived in. First off when I looked at letter it looked kind of funny, why would a unlcaimed company in Arizona have a refund for me in another State? I contacted the account rep which her name was Nicole Taylor ext#409, she explained it was an overpayment that I made. I asked her from what, and she couldnt give me any more details. That all the information she had was that it was a overpayment from the county I lived in. She wanted me to fax a bill with my name on it (PG&E). I faxed over the PG&E bill, told me she was going to call me as soon as she received it. That the check was going to be sent thru certified mail and that I would have to be present to sign for the check. I Never heard from her again! I contacted the number, no longer working. I did all my research online after this happened to discover this website, and reading other stories that sounded just like mine. I feel whoever is doing this needs to be caught and prosecuted! I have no idea how a company like this would have all my information! Social security number, previous address, current address, and my cell number!
