Late payment

Appraisers beware, the corporation settled 3 months late on an evaluation. Once they did spend I'm certain it had been simply because they needed another evaluation. The 2nd evaluation was compensated after dark one month payment time. After I assesed a late charge, they declined to pay for, stating that the late fee is rediculous, despite the fact that they cost a commission that will be twice what my late fee was, plus they were currently settled prior to the purchase was required. I required they spend the late charge, that they ultimately did, after which stated they'd never utilize my solutions again and experimented with place my organization on the blacklist having a main lender because of their neglect. Additionally they forced my workplace to express that oubuilding were located in this type of method the ton couldn't be partioned. It was not the case, and so I declined to place it written down.
