I have been having trouble with an alarm company trying to make unauthorized deductions from my account, and when I called desert schools to explain the company trying to take money was not my alarm company I didnt give them permission (mine was ADT and the one trying was Elite but thats a whole other story) I said it was fraud and I was told sarcasticlly you gave that information to "someone" so its not fraud, I said not to them she said it doesnt matter. SO I asked how I stop this she said I could pay $30 to stop it for 6 months, I said or close my account. So I went down to the bank and pulled out all my money except $80 dollars. $50 for a credit card payment I made the day before and $30 incase Elite tryed to steel my mony agin. I would stil have enough $ for both payment and NSF then I would close the account the next day. WELL the next day I checked on my computer to see if the card payment went through and it did but they also let the Elite have $107.44 of money that wasnt even there and I still showed a balance of over $800 in my account. So I called up the bank and was told they had no record of me taking my money out. And "They must have taken it out of someone elses account"and that I had to go rite back to the bank and give them my transacation recpt (I told them I was going to work then to California I would do it when I got back.) I got back at 2am Monday morning and checked the website and it looked the same I had to work Monday and I had Tuesday off and thought Id go down there with a copy of the recept and get things streightend out, But when I checked on line they put a $15 charge back fee for charging back my $915 withdrawl and now they say I owe them $122.22 for there mistake. Im already fighting the alarm co. To get back my $90 in NSFs they caused BUT Im not paying for the banks incompantance too.
